Payments
Card payments are processed by CaixaBank / Comercia Global Payments (Redsys), acting as our payment service provider. Card details are entered directly on Redsys' secure gateway and are never accessible to or stored by Techólix. We keep the transaction data (amount, concept, reference, payer name and email, date and IP address) to manage the charge, send the receipt and meet our tax and accounting obligations, for the legally required periods. For monthly subscriptions, and with your authorisation, the card is stored in tokenised form by Redsys for the recurring charges until you cancel.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted partners who assist us in delivering our services.
