1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Techólix services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use License
Upon purchasing our services, you are granted rights to use the deliverables for your business purposes. This includes software systems, marketing materials, and other digital assets created specifically for your project.
3. Project Billing
Projects are billed based on scope and milestones. We provide detailed proposals before starting any work. Payment terms are agreed upon in the project contract.
Card payments are processed through the secure CaixaBank / Comercia Global Payments (Redsys) gateway; Techólix never accesses or stores your card details. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically to the authorised card until cancelled; you may cancel at any time in writing to info@techolix.es, effective at the end of the period already paid. A failed subscription charge may lead to suspension of the service until payment is settled. A payment receipt is emailed for every charge; the official invoice is issued separately.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions. Techólix retains rights to reuse general methodologies and non-proprietary code components.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided 'as is'. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
